
The purpose of this program is to provide rising WEF members with an avenue to connect with leaders outside of their own organization to discuss growth in both career and personal development. This is a great opportunity to not only connect with leaders of the sector within other organizations but also from different facets of the sector.
This program aims to connect and facilitate fruitful relationships between mentors and mentees through regular check-ins, surveys, and feedback mechanisms in order to ensure both participants are thriving and learning from each other.
- Participants must be WEF members.
- Attending WEFTEC is highly recommended.
- Meeting expectations/time commitment:
- Monthly (on your own as a pair)
- Optional quarterly meetings with the entire cohort
- Length of program: two years.
- Thus, you can set your own pacing and the cadence of your meetings as a pair.
- Resources:
- The WEF Students and Young Professionals Community (SYPC) leadership team will provide optional framework to support relationship building (i.e., worksheets, conversation starters, and more)
Applications open February 7, 2025, and close on March 31, 2025. Program kickoff: June 2025.
